In June, the ressort honored World Ocean Day with the exhibition “Resonance,” including the works of Pepe Adrian, an Ecuadorian artist who creates ancient sound ceramic musical instruments.

The exhibition “Resonance” is created to raise awareness and cultivate the idea of sustainable ocean protection through accessible art.

Starting in July Chef Tam’s recipe will be “Giat Trevally” — Coconut milk ceviche, “Stuffed Squid” — stuffed squid topped with herbal black squid sauce, and “Sticky Rice Moji with Pandan Kaya” — fried sticky rice with pandan custard sauce. Takola Restaurant is ready to serve its exquisite delicacies to customers.
